Q:How can I track my order?
A: Log into MY ACCOUNT to view the status of your order. Track your shipment by using the tracking number provided to you once your item(s) have been shipped. You cannot track your order before it has been shipped.
If you don’t know what your tracking number is or if you’re having difficulty tracking your package, feel free to contact our customer service department for assistance.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Ground shipment typically will be delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you’re located.
Q: How can I cancel my order?
A: If you decide to cancel your order you can contact our customer service department and they will assist you with the cancellation process.
Q:How do I place an order?
A:
Step 1:Search or find the product you like according to the category page;
Step 2:Select the product specifications and click on “Buy Now” or“Add To Cart”;
Step 3:Fill in the address information and select the shipping method and payment method, and then click the "Place Order" button.
Step 4:Go to the payment platform to complete the payment.

About shipment
Q: I can't track my order using the tracking number provided. What can I do?
A: Please contact customer service to confirm the tracking number & shipping information. You can contact us through our live chat or message us by admin@myfavouratehair.com
You may also contact the shipping carrier to confirm if the order was shipped. Sometimes the carrier can take 1-2 days to update shipping information on their website.
Q: How long do you take to despatch an order?
A: Generally, your package will be shipped within 24 hours after order confirm except Weekends and Holiday. However, we may need to wait for 2 or 3 days for the stock at times, thus the delivery will be delayed for 2 or 3 days.
We definitely will deliver your order in time under normal circumstances. While, shipping delays may occur due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.
About hair
Q: Can I make bleach Knots ?
A: Yes, we advise you to find your stylist to help, much professionally. For the fake scalp wig and PU wig, you don't have to bleach them, both of them are very natural and knots invisible.
Q: Can they be straightened, curled?
A: Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/straighter or tongs even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.
Q:How to care for our hair?
A:
1: to 25 degrees Celsius in a basin of warm water, stirring evenly into the amount of shampoo;
2: use a special comb, gently comb a good wig, put the wig in the prepared solution, soak for ten minutes or so;
3: hand gently press cleaning, do not rub the hair;
4: after cleaning, rinse thoroughly with clean water;
5: rinse off, then take out the wig and squeeze the moisture;
6: the false release on dry towel, blot the moisture;
7: put the wig on the bracket and dry in the air to avoid the sun;
8: if you use frequently, recommend cleaning once every two weeks, if rarely used recommend cleaning once a month; when not in use, the wig combed,sprayed with special care solution, the natural ventilation air dried, placed in the packing box, to prevent heavy pressure deformation;
9: the usual course of combing hair, comb the following combed after combing above, it is not easy to tie in the carding process, not easy to lose hair, don't try to comb in the hair dry conditions.
10: Always use hair conditioner and other care products in hair care. If you sell to your customers, you must also teach clients how to clean their hair and care for their hair!
Q:Can I dyed / bleached the hair?
A:Yes.Our hairs are 100% human virgin hair and all our natural color hair can be dyed or bleached to #27,we do suggest getting a professional opinion by an experienced colorist.As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighter the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want.We would advise for a one clip weft to be tested prior to coloring or restyling the full set to make sure the resulting shade is what you anticipate. We also recommend using a semi-permanent shape as it is much more gentle on the hair extensions.As virgin human hair will be easily dry after leaving the hair donor,so don't dye or restyle the hair too frequently,it may lead to shortening the lifespan of your hair and possibly cause damage.We do not recommend dying our Blonde or Ombre sets as they have been processed multiple times. Due to the processing they have gone through they do not take to dying well.
Any bleaching is done at the customer's own discretion and we cannot be held accountable if the results do not come out as intended.
Q:How to comb the hair?
A:For straight hair:Use a wide-tooth comb to the hair,it is suggested to comb the ends first,then the body,and comb from the roots to the end lastly.
If you comb from the roots to the ends directly,it will cause shedding.
Fro wavy or curly hair:The best comb is your fingers when you comb the wavy or curly hair.Also comb the ends first.
Q:How many hair bundles can make a full head?
A:Normally the weight of 1 bundle is 95g-105g,we suggest you to take 2-3 bundles for a full head,Especially for the length from 20inch to 30inch,3 bundles are necessary.

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Quadpay. Interact: You can pay for your order online. Please note that the cardholder must have access to online banking.
Q:Why Did My Payment Fail
A:Payment failure could mean the following:
- incorrect cvv security code
- insufficient fund on card
- exceeding cc limits (if you have payment problems,such as can’t pay successfully,the card is not acceptable,order was closed because of security reasons and so on,pls contact our customer service at the first time,we will try their best to solve your problems.)
Q:About Customs,Duties & Taxes, what are the policies of each country?
A:Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees. Q:When Will I Receive My Refund?
A:The refund caused by order cancellation, refund agreement or mediation will be process instantly from wolf king account.
However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
Q:How do I track my order?
A: Each order is sent with a tracking number that you will receive in an email after your order has shipped. Please click the tracking number provided in the body of your email. If for some reason you have not received that email, it is possible that the email address you provided with your order is old, incorrect or the email has gone to your spam folder.
Q:You shipped my order to the wrong address how do I get it?
A: Please make sure your shipping address is correct when you are reviewing your order and completing your payment. Once an order has shipped we are not responsible if you provided the wrong address.
About refund
When will I get my refund?
Please take it easy that the fund is guaranteed as Wolf king hair knows how important your money is and we make sure that the refund is handled accordingly.
Usually,it takes 1-10 business days,varying with different banks, for buyers to receive the refund after the refund is successfully processed by Wolf king hair.
When Wolf king hair 's customer service informs you that your refund has been completed, your money will usually be returned to the bank card or account you paid for.
PayPal: usually 1-5 working days
Credit card: usually 1-10 working days
Quad pay: usually 1-10 working days
You may check the order details to confirm whether the refund has been successfully processed, please feel free to contact your bank (please provide the ARN to your bank if there is) to follow up on the Refund status.
