Shipment & Payment
We ship the goods via Fedex / DHL.
The following conditions will be borne by the buyer:
If tariffs arise in the recipient's country, but the tariffs will be paid by the buyer.
Due to the buyer's delay in delivery or modify the address resulting from the cost of the buyer will bear this part of the cost.
Due to buyers for their own reasons halfway to cancel the order, or the goods returned, this part of the cost borne by the buyer.
Handling Time:
Ship out within 1-2 days after received payment
Delivery Time:
USA: 3-5 business days, Other Countries: 5-8 business days.
Helpful Hint:
1.Normally, the local shipper deliveries package on workday( Mon. - Fri.), to ensure safe delivery of your parcel, so it is best for you to choose an address where you can receive package on workday as shipping address. It's best to keep your phone open during estimated time of arrival, because shipper might contact you via phone.
2.The shipping service we used is required to have the customer's signature for a successful delivery. So please make sure that you or your authorized person at shipping address. If we shipped to your shipping address and have a signature file, we do not take responsibility once the package is lost or stolen.
Processing:
Most of the items will ship out in 24 hours. Some may take longer if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 3-5 business days to process. Need urgently or other issues, you can get help from our service team.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.
Shipping:
Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is out of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
Payment:
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Quadpay. Interact: You can pay for your order online. Please note that the cardholder must have access to online banking.
Return Policy
We have a limited return policy because we cannot restock returned goods, and we have to absorb the cost.If you wish to return a product, please review this policy in full and then call us to discuss the reason you wish to return your product.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, contact us at admin@myfavouratehair.com to obtain a return authorization number within 7 days of shipment (3 days for shipment damage or defects). It is mandatory that the return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Any returns sent without the return authorization clearly marked will not be accepted or opened. No return will be considered more than 7 days after shipment was delivered.
Shipping and handling costs are your responsibility and will not be reimbursed – only the product cost of authorized returns is refunded. Allow 2 weeks for us to process your return once we receive your returned items.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective.
If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.
Cancelling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you’ve just placed, please email us at help@galashlashes.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
